Salted Egg Yolk Stewed Water Tofu

Take 2 salted egg yolks and set aside.

Wash the enoki mushrooms to the old man and set aside.

Heat a pan with a little oil, white onion, and salted egg yolk (if you add some crab yolk, it is better) to fry until fragrant.

Add water (preferably with broth) and tofu to a boil. Turn to medium-low heat and simmer for 15 minutes, then add enoki mushrooms.
