Pour clean water into the pot and bring it to a boil on the fire.
5.
Pour the brine into the water and bring it to a boil. (I use the powdered halogen material here)
6.
Bring the brine to a boil, add peanuts.
7.
Bring the peanuts to a boil on high heat, then turn to low heat and cook for 30 minutes. Soak for another 20 minutes. Such peanut kernels will taste delicious.
Tips:
1. Fresh peanuts are a bit dirty. Soak them in clean water and wash them. I usually wash it 5-6 times.
2. The salted peanuts here are boiled with braised ingredients. But I use very little bittern. If there is too much powder, the flavor of peanuts will be overwhelmed.
3. Soak the cooked peanuts. After 1-2 hours, the peanuts will be more delicious. It depends on everyone's taste.
4. The salted peanuts that can't be eaten can be taken out, and can be used to cook porridge after drying.
5. Fresh peanuts can be eaten raw and are blood-tonifying.
