After giving birth, in addition to increasing the amount of food, drink more soup with milk. In addition to the 2 bowls of millet porridge for each meal, drink one each at 9 or 10 in the morning, 3 or 4 in the afternoon, and 9 in the evening. A big rice bowl of soup, this pig's trotters and peanut soup is what I often drink.

Pig's Trotter and Peanut Soup

1. Soak the purchased trotters in clean water for 15 minutes, and add 1 teaspoon of white vinegar to the water

2. Then use a knife to shave off the remaining fine hairs on the pig's feet, and chop the de-haired pig's feet into small pieces with a knife

3. Pour in boiling water and blanch twice to remove blood foam and impurities in the trotters, and finally rinse off, slice ginger, peel off peanut kernels from fresh flowers and set aside

4. Put the processed trotters into a slow cooker, add peanut kernels and ginger slices, pour warm water to 3/4 pot, cover and simmer slowly after power on

5. Simmer for 4 hours and then turn off the power, then continue to simmer for 1 hour, you can drink the soup
