Salted Peanuts

Wash fresh peanuts.

Pour the peanuts into the pot and add an appropriate amount of water.

Add a few tablespoons of salt.

Chop the star anise and add it to the peanuts.

Cover and boil on high heat and turn to medium heat for half an hour, then turn off the heat and soak for 2 hours.

Tips:
If there is sludge on the peanut shells, you can add some flour in the water, soak the peanuts for a while, and then gently rub the peanuts and it will be very clean.
Add more salt and cook for 2 hours to make the peanuts more flavorful and taste more salty.
After cooking, you can dry it if you can't finish it to make salty dried peanuts, which is more crispy.
