Salted Peanuts

Scrub fresh peanuts well.

Drain.
3.
Prepare chili shells, pepper and ginger.
4.
Slice ginger, put all the peanuts, ginger slices, chili shells, and peppercorns in a pressure cooker, add salt and plenty of water. Boil on high heat for 20 minutes, then turn off the heat and let the peanuts soak in water for half an hour.

Finished product.
