Salted Yellow Assorted Tofu

Soak the dried shiitake mushrooms in advance, wash and cut into small pieces, cut the ham into small pieces, cook the soybeans and rice for later use

The salted duck eggs are shelled, the egg whites are separated from the egg yolks, the egg yolks are fried into a puree with a small amount of oil and the egg whites are crushed

Stir-fry the soy rice, ham and shiitake mushrooms, add water, add the egg whites and tofu, use a spatula to cut the tofu into small pieces, cook on medium heat until the egg whites taste and the tofu is delicious

Add a little water starch and cook until the juice is thick, put it in a bowl
Tips:
It’s not easy to buy peas this season, so I use edamame instead. You can also add corn, carrots and other materials according to your child’s preference.
