Salty Ribs and Winter Melon Soup

Peel the winter melon, slice and wash, chop the salty ribs into pieces, and wash with warm water

Prepare ginger slices, rice wine and shallots

Bring the salty ribs to a boil in a pot under cold water and then cook for 5 minutes to pick up and wash. This step can remove the greasy and salty taste

Then add the ribs to the electric pressure cooker, pour in water, add the rice wine, ginger slices, and shallots together

After powering on, select the ribs stall, when the time is up to open the lid, pick up the green onions inside

Pour the winter melon

Press for another 5 minutes to burn until the winter melon is transparent
8.
Sprinkle with chopped green onion after serving
Tips:
1. The ribs I marinated are not salty ones. If they are salty, we need to soak some of the saltiness in clear water before cooking, so as not to be too salty.
2. After adding the winter melon, don't press it. The winter melon is easy to ripen, and it will affect the taste.
