Sandwich

Wash the pork, and the skin must be scraped and washed so that there is no greasy smell. Put a little cooking wine in the pot and a few slices of ginger to remove the meat.

Crush the cooked sesame and cooked peanuts, add sugar, and mix well with a little vegetable oil. This filling is slightly sweeter. I like sweet ones.

Cut the pork into two skins, do not cut and connect them.

Pack the stuffing---I pack too much, and the stuffing I eat is so delicious.

Wrap and drain in a bowl.

Boil the water and steam for 1 hour.
Tips:
I steamed it in an electric pressure cooker for 45 minutes. The steaming was so good, it tasted fat but not greasy. I even ate a lot of Hanghang foods that don't order fat or eat.
My filling is granular and has a better taste.
If you don't like the granular shape, you can put it in a mixer and make a powder.
