Prepare the raw materials in advance, clean the old duck, remove the fluff, and take out the internal organs

Pour clean water into the pot and boil, add green onion knots and ginger slices, put the old duck in boiling water, blanch the water to remove the blood foam, and remove it

Add enough water to the casserole at one time, boil the old duck under cold water, and turn it to a low fire. Wash the lotus seeds, yam, coix, and tuckahoe, and cook for 2 hours.

Tips:
1. Blanching in boiling water helps remove the blood and fishy smell of old ducks
2. Make sure to add enough water to the soup at one time. Do not add it in the middle to affect the taste and quality of the soup.
