Santa Bread
1.
Put the milk, egg liquid, and white sugar into the cook machine, add high-gluten flour and yeast. Start the 2nd gear and make the noodles!
2.
Add butter and start the film!
3.
Fermented to 2.5 times larger.
4.
After taking out the air, divide into four parts, and each part is divided into 3 small doughs.
5.
Take a small dough and roll it into a round piece and place it in a baking pan.
6.
The other dough grabs a slightly larger ball on the tip of the hat, and then grabs a smaller one to make a nose. The remaining part is rolled into a triangle, rolled up from the bottom, about 1/3, and moved to the wafer. Make it into a Santa Claus hat and press it in.
7.
Roll the remaining dough into a round shape. Spread an appropriate amount of flour and fold it in half. Be careful to fold it one after the other. Use a scraper to cut into small strips. Do not cut. Move to Santa’s face as a beard, twist each strip twice, and put on the tip of the hat and nose.
8.
Make all the dough in turn. Put the oven to ferment, and put a bowl of hot water to ensure the temperature and humidity. Take out and brush with egg wash, insert two blackcurrant raisins as eyes. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees for about 15 minutes.
Tips:
1. Remember to wipe an appropriate amount of flour when folding in half
2. The egg liquid is filtered and then rinsed to make the color more uniform
