Sardines in Tomato Sauce
1.
Melt the purchased sardines and wash them for later use. The sardines sold in the supermarket are all frozen, and the heads have been removed. You only need to defrost and wash them when you go home.
2.
Cut green onion into sections, slice ginger, and cut tomatoes into hob pieces for later use. Beer is also used here, in order to replace water, but also to remove fishy. I didn't take the beer here because I was in a hurry. Beer only needs regular beer at home.
3.
Put a little oil in the pot, add green onions, and ginger to fry for a fragrant flavor.
4.
Pour the tomatoes cut into hob pieces into the pan and fry them until the soup is made.
5.
Put the washed sardines in a pot and stir-fry with tomatoes.
6.
Pour the beer into the pot and not have all the ingredients, because the braising time is long, so you can put more beer. I put a bottle and a half of beer here! At the same time, put the aniseed and bay leaves into the pot and cook.
7.
Put in the right amount of salt, sugar, and a bag of tomato sauce.
8.
After boiling, you can pour all the ingredients into the rice cooker and continue simmering.
9.
My home is a Midea rice cooker, because I can only use a rice cooker without a pressure cooker. Therefore, it will take longer to cook. I set the rice cooker to the heat preservation position, and cook it at night until it is out of the pot in the morning.
