Sauce Elbow

1. First wash the elbows you bought with clean water, put them in a pot and boil them, remove them, wash off the foam, and shave the fur on the skins.

2. Prepare the seasoning.

3. Put the cleaned elbow back into the pressure cooker, add water, and put all the spices in the pot.

4. Cover the pot, bring to a boil on high heat, turn to medium heat and simmer. Turn the elbows halfway through until the soup is thick and the meat is rotten, turn off the heat.

5. Put it on a plate and let cool.
