Sauce Elbow

Put the elbow into a pot of cold water, boil it, add cooking wine.

Put the bottom oil in the pot, put rock sugar, and fry until melted.

Add bean paste and stir fry.

Add green onion, ginger, garlic, pepper, star anise, bay leaves, dried chili and saute until fragrant.

Add light soy sauce, dark soy sauce, and white wine, and stir-fry evenly.

After the elbows are blanched, remove them and place them in a pressure cooker. Pour the freshly fried sauce on the elbows. Add boiling water for half a pot and press for 30 minutes.

After pressing, turn it over and press for another 5 minutes.
8.
Reconcile dipping ingredients: minced garlic, fresh soy sauce, vinegar, sesame oil.
