This duck is rarely seen in Jiaxing now. Shaoxing people call it "dummy duck", which means that if someone catches it, it's easy to be caught. It's a bit silly. This duck has a lot of lean meat, which is different from ordinary white ducks. Every time we go home, mother-in-law will buy it, but mother-in-law is burned for nothing. I don’t like it. Sauce-flavored Duck

1. Wash the duck and cut it into pieces

2. Then boil a pot of hot water

3. Put the cut duck in

4. Boil again until the water boils

5. Rinse the duck with water

13. Add star anise

14. Bring it over high heat until it turns red slightly, then simmer slowly over low heat

15. The stewed can be inserted into the meat with chopsticks, then add rock sugar

16. Add some sugar and turn it over

17. Continue to simmer over a low heat, and wait until the soup is slowly dried and dispersed into the chopped green onion to start the pot

Tips:

Note: After adding the sauce, you must watch the fire when boiling. If the fire is too high, it will stick to the pot, which will not taste
