Method: Prepare green onion and ginger aniseed and dried red pepper.

Heat oil in a pot, add green onion and ginger aniseed, dry red pepper and saute until fragrant.

Add the sweet noodle sauce and stir-fry until the sauce smells.

Put it into the duck rack and stir fry to evenly color.

Add hot water, sugar, and salt to a simmer.

Bring to a boil over high heat, change to low heat and simmer until the soup is dry.
