Sauce-flavored Roast Duck Rack

2. Method: Prepare green onion and ginger aniseed and dried red pepper.

3. Heat oil in a pot, add green onion and ginger aniseed, dry red pepper and saute until fragrant.

4. Add the sweet noodle sauce and stir-fry until the sauce smells.

5. Put it into the duck rack and stir fry to evenly color.

6. Add hot water, sugar, and salt to a simmer.

7. Bring to a boil over high heat, change to low heat and simmer until the soup is dry.

8. Roast duck rack with sauce.
