Sauce Sauteed Intestines

It is best to wash the cooked large intestine by yourself a few times, rinse it with hot water, and cut it into pieces for later use.

Heat the pan with oil, sauté the minced garlic, white onion and ginger slices, put the large intestine into the pan, stir-fry for a while on medium heat, pour in the bean paste, and continue to fry for 1 minute.

Add green pepper and millet pepper, stir-fry for about 3 minutes, pour in light soy sauce, oyster sauce and cooking wine, add salt and monosodium glutamate, and cook.
