Prepare the halogen material.

Wash the bones and soak for one hour, then put them in a pot of cold water, boil and blanch the water to remove any foam.

Pour proper amount of water into the boiling pot, cover the pork bones, put all the prepared brine into the pot, boil on high heat and turn to low heat, simmer for 40-50 minutes, and season out.
Tips:
The halogen material is increased or decreased according to own taste and existing materials. The bones can be the spine, and the neck bone is tender and smoother than the meat.
