Appetizers---cold Pork Neck Bones

Tips:
Everyone has different tastes and can be adjusted according to their wishes. If it is not spicy, it is recommended to add minced garlic or shredded shallots, or mix it with coriander and other vegetables, add proper mustard oil, and balsamic vinegar can improve freshness!
