Sauce Pork Ribs Braised Noodles

Prepare all the ingredients in advance: 1. Shred the green onion and ginger, and chop the garlic into pieces. 2. Cut carrots, sweet potatoes, and celery into sections, not too small. 3. The ribs are blanched in advance to remove the blood. 4. Cut cherry tomatoes in half. 5. A moderate amount of noodles.

Add water, surpass the ribs, turn on high heat, and simmer.

Tips:
Braised noodles are very important. Master the amount of remaining soup and keep the noodles away from the soup.
The broth should be slightly saltier than the usual stew and stir-fry, otherwise the noodles will be lighter.
