Sauerkraut and Pork Liver Soup

Prepare the ingredients used.

Cut pork liver into thin slices.
3.
Add oil to the pot and heat it to slightly hot.
4.
Saute the sauerkraut in the pan until fragrant.

Add boiling water and cook until the sauerkraut tastes out.
6.
Season with fine salt.
7.
Add the processed pork liver slices to the pot.
8.
Add chicken essence and pepper to taste before serving.
