Sauerkraut Fish Fillet
1.
Materials ready
2.
Open the sauerkraut, soak the sauerkraut in water, clean the fish fillets and fish bones, and clean the fish fillets first.
3.
Then put some cornstarch, some salt and a spoonful of cooking wine
4.
Grab the fish fillets with your hands and marinate for about 10 minutes
5.
Heat oil in a pan, put the ginger and green onion slices down and sauté
6.
Squeeze the soaked sauerkraut into the water, then put it in the pan and stir-fry, then put it in the water and boil
7.
After boiling in the pot, pour the fish bones down and simmer for 3-5 minutes after boiling.
8.
Put a small spoon of salt down, (if the sauerkraut is not soaked, put less salt)
9.
There are two small bags in the sauerkraut bag, one bag of marinade and one bag of seasoning. I have no use for the marinade. Pour the seasoning on the shovel, not directly in the pot, it will form a ball.
10.
Dip a small amount of soup with a shovel, stir slowly with chopsticks, when there is no dough, you can put it all in the pot
11.
Put all the condiments down and stir-fry well, then use a colander to remove all the sauerkraut fish bones
12.
Just get it in a clean basin. It should be a little bigger. There will be fish fillets and soup later.
13.
Pour the fillets down slowly, and stir them with chopsticks while pouring. It is not easy to take pictures when pouring. This is a photo taken when all the fillets are poured down.
14.
The slippery fish fillets are beautiful, right?
15.
After the fish fillets are boiled, they can be out of the pot. The fish fillets are very thin and easy to cook.
16.
Then use a colander to remove the fish fillets and put them in the fish bone bowl with sauerkraut just now
17.
Finally pour all the soup in the pot
18.
Sprinkle some sesame seeds, chopped green onion, and finally add some spicy oil
Tips:
Fish fillets are prepared by the shopkeeper when buying fish. If you want to fill them at home, they should be thinner.
