Sauerkraut Fish---sweet Dish for Office Workers

Tips:
Danxian Doubanjiang is easy to stick to the pot, you must quickly stir fry after cooking
Do not cover the fish fillets after they are put in the pot, otherwise the fish fillets will be burnt, which will affect the taste
When you cook the fish, it’s good to cook the fish until it’s 89 minutes cooked. The rest is cooked with spicy hot oil. The fish fillets will have a very smooth texture, so use a little more sesame oil. Don’t feel bad if you want to eat the fish. The oil on the top should be stored in the refrigerator for cold dishes, so that it is not wasted, but don’t store it for too long
