Sauerkraut Stewed Big Bone

Add sliced ginger, green onion, cooking wine to the big bone, blanch for 5 minutes, remove and set aside.

Put oil in the pot, add green onion, ginger slices and sauté until fragrant, add water and drink the blanched bones.

Add star anise, dried chili, cover and simmer for 40 minutes on medium heat.

Add the washed sauerkraut, salt, and oyster sauce, continue to simmer for 20 minutes on medium-low heat, add green garlic before serving to enhance the flavor.
