Sauerkraut Stewed White Meat

Prepare sauerkraut, pork belly, pickled sauerkraut soup, shallots and ginger

Add pork belly and ginger slices to a pot of cold water to boil, cook for a few minutes to remove the blood

Squeeze the sauerkraut and shred it

After washing the pork belly, put it in a pot of cold water, add green onions and ginger to a boil

Turn to low heat and simmer for about half an hour

Remove the cooked meat and let it cool and slice it, remove the green onion and ginger, and leave the soup in the casserole for later use

Pick up the frying pan, and stir-fry the sauerkraut

The soups of sauerkraut, pork belly and pickled sauerkraut are all boiled in the broth and seasoned with salt
9.
Cook for about 10 minutes until the taste melts
