Sauerkraut Tofu Fish

Wash the grass carp and control the moisture slightly (the fish meat is sliced by the seller when buying the fish)

Add the fish meat to the marinated fish bag in the pickled cabbage fish seasoning bag, millet spicy, green onion, ginger slices, garlic, and tofu, cut and set aside

Add oil in a hot pan, add ginger slices, fish head, sauerkraut, sauce bag and stir fry
