Sauerkraut White Meat

Prepare a small piece of pork belly, a bag of shredded sauerkraut, three or four small chives, three or four garlic, star anise, bay leaves, and cinnamon.

Boil the pork belly in cold water, and put star anise, bay leaves, cinnamon, cooking wine, etc. in it.

After the meat is boiled, let cool, cut into thin slices, cut the green onion into sections, slice the garlic, and cut the green onion leaves into small circles for later use. Put the sauerkraut into clean water and wash several times, squeeze out the water for later use.

Heat the pan with cold oil, put the star anise, green onion and garlic in the pan.

Add the boiled meat stock to the fried sauerkraut, add the meat slices, and simmer for ten minutes.

Tips:
1. I think shredded sauerkraut is more delicious and tastes better than sauerkraut.
2. I want to use pork belly, the meat I used is a bit fat, but the taste is good.
3. The meat should be cooked until it can be easily inserted with chopsticks.
4. Keep the boiled broth and stew it in sauerkraut. The sauerkraut will be more fragrant.
