Saury

The saury is thawed and washed in advance and drained for later use. The onion is cut into large slices for later use. Then spread aluminum foil on the baking tray and put onion slices.

Melt the miso with white wine, then spread it evenly on the fish on both sides of the saury, then marinate on the onions for about 10 minutes.

When marinating for 5 minutes, the oven can be preheated at 200 degrees for 5 minutes. When the preheating is over, put the marinated saury in and bake for 20 minutes, then take it out and turn it over, and then continue to bake it for 10 minutes and wait for the surface to dry.

Take out the saury, sprinkle with white sesame seeds and shredded green onions, squeeze a little lemon juice to remove the fishy before eating.
