Sausage Chicken Roll

Remove the bones from the chicken nuggets.

Pour the barbecue sauce and knead well, and marinate overnight.

Choose sausages of the same size and length as the width of the chicken. If it is a frozen sausage, warm the sausage first.

Spread the chicken flat and put the sausage on top.

Roll up the sausage with chicken, tie it with cotton thread, and put it on the baking tray of the air fryer.

Bake in an air fryer for about 25 minutes, turning it over in the middle.

Finally, brush the surface of the chicken with a little honey water, and bake for another 2 minutes.
Tips:
1. Choose larger chicken nuggets, so that they can be wrapped with sausages.
2. It's easier to use barbecue sauce, or it can be marinated with marinated chicken ingredients such as Orleans.
3. If you want to cut the chicken, you need to let it cool and cut it well. Cut off the cotton thread when cutting. If the cotton thread is not tied, the chicken will fall apart during roasting.
