Sausage Mashed Potatoes with Tomato Sauce and Soybeans

1. Soak the soybeans overnight; wash the tomatoes and mash them with a blender.

2. After the water is boiled, add soybeans, crushed tomatoes and appropriate amount of tomato juice to a boil, then cook on low heat until the soybeans are drizzled.

3. Peel and wash potatoes, cut into small pieces, and steam until crisp.

4. Use a spoon to mash the potatoes.

5. Add a small amount of water to the pot and boil, then add the appropriate amount of abalone juice and oyster sauce, stir well, and then add the mashed potatoes.

6. After stirring well, add appropriate amount of pepper, then cover the pot and simmer until the juice is quick to dry before serving.

7. Mix the boiled soybeans with the mashed potatoes.

8. Put a small amount of oil on the iron plate, heat it up, add the sausages and fry them, then place them on the mashed potatoes.
