Curry Fried Rice with Seasonal Vegetables

Cut green onion into sections, and diced yellow pepper;

Dice carrots;
3.
Diced shiitake mushrooms;
4.
Diced cabbage sausage;

Put a little oil in the pot, stir-fry the vegetables first, and cut them off;

In another pot, add oil, add yellow curry and stir fry, add green onion and stir fry first;

Add rice and stir fry;
8.
Add seasonal vegetables, stir fry, and season appropriately.
