Fried Rice with Diced Beans and Egg

Prepare cold rice, eggs, dried tofu, sausage and two green onions.

Beat the eggs in the cold rice, stir and set aside.

Heat up the pan and refuel.

Add the sausages and fry them over low heat.

Add diced beans and fry together.

Fry until the tofu and sausage are fragrant.

Add cold rice mixed with egg mixture and stir fry until the rice is loose.

Add appropriate amount of fine salt.

Add a spoonful of sprouts.
10.
Add chopped green onion.

Stir fry until delicious, and a pot of fragrant and loose diced bean fried rice is completed.
