Clean up the refrigerator and find out all kinds of meatballs, fish tofu, and intestines left over from hot pot in winter. The weather is hot, and I don’t like hot pot anymore. In line with the principle of no waste, I skewered them with bamboo skewers to eat. The taste is not bad. It is more like a snack, very popular with children. "

Ingredients

Sausage Skewers

1. Various intestines, sweet and not spicy, thawed fish tofu. Soak the bamboo sticks in water 30 minutes in advance.

2. String them up as you like, leaving a gap in between.

3. Arrange at intervals into a baking tray lined with tin foil.

4. Pour edible oil, a pinch of salt, light soy sauce, oyster sauce, sesame seeds, cumin powder, and honey into a bowl and mix into a sauce.

5. Brush the sauce on the skewers.

6. Put it in the preheated oven, 180 degrees for 10 minutes. Take out and turn it over, add coating juice, sprinkle with cumin grains, and continue to bake for 10 minutes.

7. Baked. Eat while it's hot.

Tips:

Because our children don't eat spicy food, they didn't sprinkle chili powder. Those who like spicy food taste better with a little chili powder.
