Pork Offal Soup

Ingredients: marinate the lean meat slices with pepper, cornstarch, salt, and sugar. Soak the pork liver slices in cold water to remove the fishiness (change the water several times in the middle). The intestines are blanched in advance.

Bring an appropriate amount of water to a boil in a small saucepan and add shredded ginger.
