Sausage Stewed Tofu

Wash the soft tofu, cut into pieces and place on a plate for later use.

Slice the steamed sausage, shred ginger, dice green onion, slice garlic, and cut pepper into pieces for later use.

Put the salad oil in the pot over the heat. When 70% is hot, add shredded ginger, green onion, and garlic slices and fry until fragrant.

Then add tofu, stir fry, add a little vinegar and salt and stir well.

Stir the tofu well, add sausage slices, stir-fry evenly and add a little water to simmer.

When the tofu is simmering and the sausage is soft, add the chili and stir well, then it is ready to be served on a plate.
