Wash the pig's large intestine repeatedly inside and outside, put the washed large intestine into a pot, add an appropriate amount of water, add sliced ginger, green onions, and a tablespoon of cooking wine, boil and cook for about two minutes

Take out the large intestine, rinse again with clean water, drain and cut into large pieces, cut the green and red peppers with a hob, slice the ginger, and peel the garlic
