Sauteed Baby Octopus

1. Prepare ingredients: baby octopus, carrots, onions, ginger.

2. Remove the visceral teeth and eyes from the ink sac.

3. After the water is boiled, turn off the heat, take the small octopus and blanch it, not too long. As soon as you see the octopus unfolding and forming, you will immediately remove the cold water.

4. Cut onions into flowers and carrots into diamond shapes.
