Sauteed Sauce

Main ingredients: Chinese cabbage, carrots, sharp peppers, black fungus, Chinese sausage.

Cut the washed carrots and chili into cubes.

Wash Chinese cabbage and cut into pieces.

Peel the sausage and slice it.

Black fungus soaks and washes hair

Heat oil, fry the chopped green onion, add carrot slices and stir fry.

Then add the cabbage slices and stir well.

Add appropriate amount of oyster sauce.

Add black fungus, add a little water and cook for 1 minute.

Add sausages and hot peppers.

Stir-fry evenly and season with salt.

Tips:
1. Carrots must be sautéed with oil first to facilitate the absorption of carotene.
2. The sharp chili should be put later to keep the green color.
