Savory Nut Bread

Pour warm water and eggs, salt and oil into the bread machine, and beat with a manual whisk to let the salt, oil and other liquids fuse before adding bread flour. Then sprinkle yeast powder on the bread flour. When setting up the bread machine kneading program, mine is the Patrice bread machine with a kneading time of 33 minutes. After stopping, unplug the power and leave it to ferment naturally in the bread bucket.

Fermentation takes about 90 minutes this season. Put the fermented noodles on the chopping board to exhaust.

Sprinkle the nuts on the panel and knead into the dough. If you don't like it, you can omit this step.

Divide into noodles of the same size.

Slightly tidy up the bottom embryo, as shown in the picture. Place it inside the mold.

Second fermentation is needed. At this time, the mold should be sealed with plastic wrap or a bag.
