Savoury Shrimp Meat Gnocchi

Divide the glutinous rice flour into 50 grams and 200 grams.

Add 200 grams of rice noodles to an appropriate amount of pumpkin and make a dough by hand. (No need to add water)

Take an appropriate amount of pitaya juice and knead 50 grams of rice noodles into a ball.

Tips:
