Scallion and Yam Fish Cakes

Ingredients: 100g net fish meat, 100g yam, 10g chopped green onion, 2g ginger, 1 egg white, 3g starch, 25ml water, appropriate amount of salt, appropriate amount of white pepper

Wash the yam, peel and cut into small pieces.

Tips:
Seasoning can be adjusted according to your own preferences.
The water can be replaced with broth.
When frying, the fire should not be too high, so as to avoid the external coke and internal growth.
