Scallion Fried Dumplings

Prepare a plate of leftover dumplings

Pour oil into the pan, add the shallots, and heat over medium heat

Fry until the green onions change color and remove

Yard leftover dumplings

Fry on medium and low heat until golden brown

To fry on every side

Tips:
Don't fry the dumplings over high heat, just keep the small and medium fry until they turn golden brown.
