Scallion Mussels

Rinse the mussels and put them on the steamer until they are open (one to two minutes).

Mix the sauce, pour it on the mussels (soy sauce + sake lees, stir evenly one to one) and marinate for 10 minutes.
3.
Re-steam the green onion in a steamer for eight minutes, then pour the green onion oil on the mussels.
4.
Sprinkle this delicious scallion mussels with chopped green onion and it's ready! .
