Scallion Noodles

Prepare noodles, diced green onions, cooking oil, light soy sauce, soft sugar for use (sweetness depends on personal taste)

Pour edible oil into the frying pan to heat, pour in the soy sauce soft sugar and stir. When the pan is not soaked and the oil is warm, add the chopped green onions to prevent the onions from being burnt at the oil

Prepare the water to boil, add the noodles, boil and cook, remove the noodles to drain the water, and put them in a bowl for later use.

Pour the scallion oil on the noodles and mix well, and the fragrant scallion oil noodles will come out of the pot.
