Scallion Noodles

1. Prepare the materials.

2. After washing the chives, absorb the moisture and cut into sections.

3. Pour an appropriate amount of oil into the pot.

4. Put the chives in the pot.

5. Fry on low heat until the green onion leaves turn brown.

6. Pour 1 scoop of Maggi Umami Sauce.

7. Add appropriate amount of sugar and cook until the sauce is bubbling, about 2 minutes, so that the scallion oil is cooked.

8. Take another pot and add water to boil.

9. Add the noodles and boil.

10. Cook it until it's soft and rotten to your liking, then remove it.

11. Pour the boiled scallion oil and mix well.

Tips:

When boiling the scallion oil, be sure to low heat, otherwise it will affect the taste. Don't cook the noodles too badly.
