Prepare the ingredients

Tips:
1. Be sure to fry the shallot oil slowly with a low heat, so that the aroma of the shallots can be fully stimulated;
2. After the noodles are cooked and put in the seasonings, mix them quickly, otherwise the noodles will become lumpy after a long time, which will make the taste uneven.
