Hot and Sour Cold Noodles

Prepare the ingredients and a handful of water on the surface. Mung bean sprouts and cucumber are appropriate.

Chop the green onion, ginger, and garlic to make the sauce.
Add 2 scoops of minced ginger and garlic.

Continue ➕ 2 spoons of millet pepper ➕ 1 spoon of chili powder ➕ 1 spoon of white sesame

Prepare a pot, heat the oil, and pour it on top. Then stir well

Mung bean sprouts and cucumber shreds are placed on the noodles. You can add more shredded carrots.

Tips:
1. Make sure to choose the noodles for cold noodles. Can't use paste pot, soft even kind. It's best to be more vigorous. \n2. The hotness and sourness of the sauce can be adjusted according to personal taste. \n3. The sauce can be seasoned with some sugar. The light soy sauce I used was a bit sweet, so I didn't add any sugar. \n
