Buy locally-produced noodles in the supermarket. It tastes a bit crunchy, and it feels between noodles and noodles. Hot and Sour Cold Noodles

1. Prepare the ingredients and a handful of water on the surface. Mung bean sprouts and cucumber are appropriate.

1. Make sure to choose the noodles for cold noodles. Can't use paste pot, soft even kind. It's best to be more vigorous. \n2. The hotness and sourness of the sauce can be adjusted according to personal taste. \n3. The sauce can be seasoned with some sugar. The light soy sauce I used was a bit sweet, so I didn't add any sugar. \n
