Scallion Oil Mussels

After washing the mussels, put them directly in the pot and cook them without adding water.

After the mussels are boiled on high heat, turn off the heat. The white soup at the bottom of the pot is the water from the cooking of the mussels.

Mince the green onion, ginger, red pepper and put it in a bowl.

Put peanut oil in an iron pan, put a little pepper, stir until the pepper turns black, remove the pepper.

Pour the pepper oil into the green onion ginger bowl.

Put a little balsamic vinegar.
7.
A little soy sauce.
8.
Just pour on the mussels.
