Scallion Pangasius

Cut the pangasius into small pieces, marinate for half an hour with cooking wine, salt, light soy sauce, and pepper.

Boil the pan to six ripeness, pour in corn oil, fry on high heat until the pangasius is yellowish on both sides, sprinkle in chopped green onion, add a little boiled water and simmer until it is out of the pan.
