Taro Dumplings

Wash the small taro and let it steam.

Chop the lean meat into minced meat, chopped green onion, minced ginger, put all the ingredients together, add light soy sauce, salt, sugar, sesame oil, and stir well.

Steam the small taro and peel off the skin while it is hot. Pour the sweet potato flour into a basin and grind it. Bring the mackerel head and knead the sweet potato flour.

The kneaded noodles are rolled into strips, cut into small doses, and the fillings are wrapped in it, just like making dumplings.

Boil water in a pot, put taro dumplings in, and cook for about five minutes.
