Scallop Salad with Olive Oil

Thaw the scallops and prepare for slicing

Three slices of a scallop, prepare the garlic and chives to melt, sauté the garlic in oil and let cool, mix with butter and green onions and spread it evenly on the bread slices.

Place the scallops on a plate, and bake the bread slices in the oven for four minutes at 180 degrees Celsius.

Put the small tomatoes and lettuce on top, drizzle with olive oil, and sprinkle with black pepper.
